What Has All It Been About

Ok, so I think if any random person reading my past posts would be at lost. Why am I in the Land of Sheeps. Sheeps are like the symbol of Ireland or somethink. And also that goofy guy wearing green, some random Irish man I think.

Ok, so my dad's on a sabbatical in Dublin. And the rest of the family is just butting in. We're like sharing a rented apartment with a Kelantanese aswell. And now he's wife and brother are around too. Also Kelantanese. It's got my mum talking. So we're gonna be sItuck out noses here for more than a month.

Talk about my day. It turns out there are tons of Malaysians living and studying here. Cool huh? Its got Amaru and me interested to actually study here. Lets face it, its easier to stay in a commitee we're familiar with. I just came back from two parties. Man, my sisters and I had no one to actually interact with. Kids invaded all the rooms. At least they're Irish accent is always nice to listen to.

Yesterday, I went to the zoo. I've always loved the animals. Especially the strong ones. Beautiful they are. It was freezing in the zoo. Hands numb all the way. Some of us stepped on dog poop and the her pants were stained. Sama' was troublesome so she ended up chucking them in the bin. Ha!

Pigging in!

I just had Doritos berfore that some of the digestive biscuites. Man, we eat a LOT! And when I said a lot I meant Pimal, Pilian and Pishu. Its winter around here and ofcourse its a norm to eat more than the usual.

So yesterday we went to the Phoenix Park, supposedly the biggest park in Europe. We walked miles to go there, forcing our flabby legs to do some work out. But I don't think we even spent half an hour in the park. When we finally reached there, took some pictures and ate. Again. Dad said he's not gonna be suprised if we step on the evil weighing scale and find out we've added five or six kilos. Yeah, he's mean like that. Or is it me who's tormenting my belly? Ok, gross.

Anyway, we didn't get to spend much time there since Asar was soon then. We kinda need to rush during prayer times. Fajr around at 5.30a.m until 7.30a.m and Isya around 6.20p.m. After that, lots of lazing around and munching. Well, thats winter. And I'm only staying for winter.

On my next post, I think I'll talk on more why I'm in the West.

Inspiring speeches

I'm still not used to the jetlag. Here I am watching infront of the tv watching Fringe. What timedo the Irish sleep? I do not know. But what I know is that my friends are praying for fajr right now. Anyway, my sistersand I thought we could watch Merlin season Two live yesterday but we slept throughout the evening. Jetlagged!

Today, we walked around the area and visited Royal College of Surgeon.Mum'sand Dad's did their studies there. So we were just walking in the building when this Malaysian student asked if we came to hear the talk given by Yusha Evans. Well we were allowed to and we did anyway. Truly inspiring. He says good muslims are often seen as strange. And you don't want people saying ,'I like you because you are a moderate muslim'. Awesome I say.

And right now I'm reading Leftenan Adnan and Pilia brought along Kapten Hassan. You know, just so we don't go overboard in the West. Ha I so do not believe in that poop. Ok,I this must be the jetlag. Gonna go and get some sleep now.Zoo trip's tommorrow.

Opening ceremony

Salam. People, today is a crucial day where it has been officially announced that 'Apple' has created a personal blog of her own. Unfortunately she's still around the block. Before the birth of 'coated chocs and secrets', this apple lady has been going around writing nonsensical stuff around other groupped blogs. She claims to have heard hundreds of people saying,

"FINALLY!"

Hi. Ok, so you guys will not be hearing much of me in the class blog anymore.Ha.So what made me create this particular blog? Well, you see since I'm in Dublin now, I don't think my posts fit the groupped blogs. So ta-da!

WHY is English is my chosen language in this blog. Well, if you have noticed my older posts elsewhere they were written in the 'national language'. Bahasa.Totaly gibberish and what with all the short forms.Ha but it was fun and casual. Unfortunately,it isn't/wasn't benificial. I sound like some no-nonsense english teacher.

Ok, I'll get back on the part where 'Apple sets her foot on Ireland' later.
